I dropped the vehicle off, got a loaner, got a message the vehicle was done, returned and paid. I did appreciate the check in person taking time to go over some of the features of the loaner. All dealers don’t do that and it was helpful, especially for putting car in gear and getting out of the car.

I had hoped the AC would have been repaired but it could not be as it had to be diagnosed and the parts were not there. We have to come from Sioux Falls to get the good quality repair we want from Lexus. Sadly, we had an 85 degree drive back to Sioux Falls. We were able to repair a couple other things that needed attention but not the thing I wanted most. We will need to make another trip to Omaha next spring to get the needed repairs—but not until we are absolutely positive that the correct parts are there. Jesse was very helpful and kind.
