You guys are so nice and patient… when questions are asked about the IT stuff or just general info about the vehicle. I so appreciate that you pick up my Lexus for service but when you bring me a new one of the same kind you get me to think I should upgrade. Ha! Clever marketing.
I’ve told all my friends that they don’t need to go to the cities when Omaha is so much closer and that they are honest and professional. I’ve bought my last 3 Lexus suvs from you and plan on continue to do so in the future.
Nick was amazing to work with he got our car in on time and out quicker then anticipated. I literally spent 10 minutes or less dropping the car off and get a loaner to drive. It was the same when I picked it up. These guys could right the manual on customer service.
