I called for another key, and was given an appointment for Friday. After waiting 35 minutes I was told that they had no key in stock. Next appointment was for Monday, and I suggested to the woman who met me when I brought the car in that she check to make sure they had a key in stock. After another 30 minute wait I was told the car was ready. They had washed it, but did not sync a key. 15 minutes later I had a second key.
