Sad car wash was not working due to “inclement weather “
The car is still leaking oil. I made another appointment
Normally it takes about an hour for tire rotation, oil change, and car wash. Today it took over 2 hours, and no one could explain why or apologize for the long wait. Usually I'm very pleased with the service there, but was disappointed today.

Under unusual circumstances Adi from Lexus service made a good effort to diagnose my BMW’s issue. They were unable to do so but let me know right away my car would have to go to BMW. Thank you, Adi, and your team for the effort and getting back to me so quickly.

Gerardo and Jeremy have done an exceptional job trying to resolve. The 99 Toyota Land Cruiser was just picked up today after numerous attempts to make it better than what it was going into your shop. Lexus service department replaced the leaking rack and pinion. The first time I picked it up the vehicle drove like a tank. I returned within minutes of leaving the service lot. It was then recommended to replace the intermediate steering joint. Which I have done. This vehicle no longer steers like a Land Cruiser anymore, the steering is restricted. I would like to bring in another 100 series Land Cruiser so a service manager or mechanical Foreman can test drive both of them to understand how very different my vehicle drives now.
