Jessie was a good listener. He thoroughly answered all of my questions. He has a very good mechanical aptitude. He kept us well informed from the diagnosis, to the ordering of the parts and then to the final bill. The car had trans axle, bearing & rotor brake problems. The car drives back like new now.

I don't have a problem with the service received, rather on the payment method I had to use. I got a Lexus Pursuits credit card through your website several months ago. I have a high credit limit with no balance on it. When the service advisor swiped the card, it was declined including when he manually entered the account information. I called Commenity bank and they said the problem is not with my account and it is on your end. They were not able to give me any other details. So I would like to know if you can process this credit card or not? If not, then it does not make sense for me to have it nor does it make sense for you to advertise a card that does not work. Please contact me so I know what to do with this card.
