Pleasant service as always. Came in for a recall repair and asked to also fix the sound as I no longer have voice navigation and I am unable to hear phone calls. This was not fixed so I will have to bring it back to gave fixed.

We were a little disappointed in the cleaning of the inside of the vehicle and how spotty and streaky the windows were. Other than that everything was ok. Not sure why, but when we lock the doors the rear side mirrors do not fold in.

Communication was not clear to me when as to when the vehicle was finished. I called to find out. I was also very disappointed that my car was not washed and cleaned. Don’t you include that anymore?
