This was our first experience with Lexus of Omaha and we were treated very well!
My wife and I owned Honda's for years with little care save for normal maintenance. My wife still has her car going strong since we bought it new in 2010. My Honda was going on 175,000 miles until it was stolen. We have had virtually zero costs save for normal wear and tear type repairs (batteries, tires, etc) When my car was stolen I wanted to "upgrade" to a more premium type vehicle and thought Lexus (Toyota) would be a good choice as I was told they are also low maintenance vehicles. I soon discovered how untrue this was having now had three major issues with my IS 350 before reaching 100K miles. I knew going in that premium cars generally have higher repair costs and also I am aware that driving a 100K miles a lot ca happen to any car. Still, I am greatly disappointed that my Lexus has surpassed all cars my wife and I have owned combined in repair costs!
I would like to say that your service and the service department are excellent and the service is way above average and my experience with my vehicle is no vindication on them.
My wife and I are going to be looking for new cars for each of us but sadly I cannot say that we will likely consider Lexus for our next purchase based on the frequency of repairs and problems I have experienced with my first Lexus Vehicle.
