We were so pleased with your superior service today, in that you were able to repair a chip in our windshield while on our return trip from California to our home in Sioux Falls. Service was timely and friendly -and under warranty- and our stop at Lexus allowed for a comfortable travel break. Gerardo was professional and very understanding and kind. Cory was fantastic. Listened to my concerns and walked through everything. He communicated up front that they will most likely keep my car over night which I really appreciated. He kept in touch throughout the day and I was able to pick up next morning with no problems. Great experience.

The key to my car was given to some one else, when it was time to pick up my vehicle. I had to wait about 45 minutes for her to bring to key back to your dealership. Once I finally got my car back I drove off and I noticed my tire pressures were low. Even though they said it had been checked and inflated during my service.

Nick is a smart guy and is capable of delivering more for your organization if given the opportunity Separately you guys charged me $99.50 in labor to install a cover for my passenger side mirror…if you don’t believe me just look at invoice from Apr 1st at Lexus of Omaha
