The technician was great. And the service. My only question has to Do with the wash? They never wipe out my car. Is that normal? Just curious- I was extra careful to clean out all my stuff that might have prevented it.

I tried to help Lexus Of Omaha out on a survey conducted. They said there was one simple question. I answered the one question and there were two follow up inquiries. That is very annoying to me! To be clear the service representative Nicholas did an awesome job!

I have been told, the last two times, I need a new set of tires, for my vehicle. I played the game, knowing better. I don’t know what Lexus is expecting, from their technicians. No, folks, I in fact, do not need them! I have truly lost confidence, in your service department. I plan to make your regional department aware. I’m an elderly widow. I look like an easy target. You just dealt with the wrong little old lady! Trying to sell a new set of tires and whatever else, to your Mom/ Grandma.

Nick is always the best! I just wish Lexus could do a little more extensive repair work (they had to turn my damage over to a frame repair shop ( they said the damage apparently bent a structural member )
