Super service in timely manner. I was well informed of what was being done and how it progressed and finished. I really appreciated the loaner vehicle and picking up my vehicle and returning it super clean! I was never inconvenienced. This was the best ever service! Thank you!

I have always been impressed with the service department at Lexus. Nicholas kept me updated and was very helpful. I have a Volvo for a company car and actually remarked yesterday how much better Lexus is at customer service. Always a great experience.
