Nick was super respectful, personable, and thoughtful. He asked about my husband, whom he knew is recovering from a broken leg. He offered to carry my bag when I was in the waiting area. Super attentive and answered all the questions I had. I felt very reassured with him. Would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
