All tests on my complain was said to be not duplicated and is working. But vehicle always do the sane thing as I complained about. Car totally dead and won't start but as per test battery is ok. Then why do I get stuck somewhere and car eint start and won't even open the door locks. There's got to be something wrong why it just no power at all but nothing xan be done at deskership cuz they say all is functional and ok. I left my car at dealership for 5 days and nothing they can tell me what's wrong. Initially qas told I gave multiple codes on gv60 but was never revealed to me what codes they were. I qas on the negotiation with the 2025 gv60 but decided not to go buy the car due to what was going on and specially nothing was rectified except for recharging 12 volt battery. Ii would think at this high tech age it would only take em a few hours to know what was wrong. 5 dsts and nothing was found out or repaired or updated on ecu. What a disappointment to gave the car serviced without any result of the problem bring resolved. Also would like to name mention t g at when I was told there's Multiple codes on my vehicle that gave me a scare though all was under warranty and only to find out tge no code. That doesn't make sense telling me I have to leave the vehicle for 5 days

The service of the car by the mechanics was fine. The additional requested Detailing of the car, per a Genisis coupon for $259.00 was lacking. I have had cars detailed for roughly the same amount and that detailing produced a paint that was very smooth, the trim on the car was also detailed. This detail produced paint that was still rough, and the trim was water spotted. The interior was cleaned well, but the car's interior was not that dirty to start. I will never again will use that type of service with Genesis. I will continue to bring the car for normal Maintenace, but nothing more.

I’m sure Oscar was absolutely professional, however somehow my vehicle battery must have been disconnected and my vehicle went back to factory settings!! I am working on settings but a lot of settings were set up luckily with my sales man. So tonight we were on freeway and no rear lights and just parking lights in front. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Tony did an excellentjob as service manager but I'm not happy with the way my navigation feature works. Every car I've had provided street names on the map but the Genesis does not

Today when my car received maintenance service. In the past your service advisor would communicate with you regarding any issues. Upon me checking out to pay, i asked if there were any issues with my car. My advisor said, to look for any red check mark on my paper. Other the the tires, there was one for an engine filter. Isn't the advisor supposed to communicate to the customer and ask if they would like to take care of it today? Why as a customer do I have to ask these questions? My advisor said, normally they would let him know not sure why the didn't. . Why didn't he double check? I had to ask if i could get it completed today. Why did i being the customer have to provide my own customer service. This has never happened to me before. Hyundai Genesis of Loma Linda, Matthew was amazing. BWM of Murrieta, amazing customer service. I have not had a good experience with Genesis of Corona. In the future I will take my car to another Genesis Dealer for Service.

They say “It’s not how you start, but how you finish “ that was especially true in my case. I could name names and go on & on about the “start” but I’d rather focus on the “finish”. After dealing with various service advisors since April 2024, I was assigned to Tony in July. Tony was wonderful! He was communicative throughout!! Which was a welcome change. Tony would text, call, leave voicemails, making sure that I knew what was going on. I got my vehicle back on August 2nd and so far so good! Thank you Anthony for going the extra mile and showing you care!
