Oscar has been an absolutely fabulous sales advisor. My vehicle has been at the service center 5 times since purchasing in April. You’ve had my vehicle over 2 months cumulatively for the same electrical type issues. They still are not rectified and I will be consulting a Lemon Law attorney at this point. I am disappointed in the vehicle that I purchased. However, Oscar has been professional and wonderful to deal with.

Everything was perfect. Only one thing I would like to comment is that when I used 'valet service', it would better for me/customers to lease same level or higher level model (it was a Lower Level car) than I have, even for one or two days. If so, I can experience another (higher) model and may keep in mind that it's a better care and will consider about it for next buy.

It appears that the Idle and Go function wasn’t working due to a ‘weak battery’ . According to the paperwork, the battery was charged and that was the solution. Will a charging process remedy the problem and since the battery operated well. If the battery was ‘weak’ , it needed to be replaced. As a physicist I know for a fact one can’t restore the battery by recharging. Thanks!!
