Anthony work late to make sure I had a loaner. Even though it was a struggle locating one for me to take. And has kept me updated on my car though this unexpected and difficult situation!
Tony is great.But I'm fearfully of the three times my car has had service and afterwards it failed. So I hope I don't get stranded one more time because I can not trust the car for any trip.
Every part of the experience was easy. I loved that they brought me a Starbucks AND a loaner while my car was being serviced. They make it so convenient by coming to my home to pick up my car. Oscar was terrific to work with. Highly recommend!
Daniel did a great job keeping me informed. I was a bit disappointed in my car being returned with 35 miles left to empty when it did not leave my home on E!

Rachel was super cool & professional during the whole process of getting my car fixed and the problem with the parking sensor got resolved so I am grateful for all that. HOWEVER EXTREMELY SADDENED when I drove my car home and observed it further (because I missed it so much) THERE WAS A NOTICEABLE DENT ON THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR (vertical & lower half of the door). I was pissed because I hadn’t noticed it right when I picked up my car to point it out immediately and so now I’m stuck with it til I can fix it. I’ve read online on genesis forums & social media that this sometimes happens to “genny’s” that get serviced but never thought I would be unlucky enough to have it happen to my very own. just kicking myself in the **** that I didn’t take my time & thoroughly inspect my car at pickup … lesson learned and please have your technicians and/ or drivers be more careful thank u.
