Jonathan communicated with me with the progress of my car and provided great customer service.
I brought my car in for service. I was not advised my car needed additional service. I saw it when I signed to pay. It says I refused them. Had someone told me I would have had them done.

Communication could have been better. I had to call in to see what was going on with my car x2. I was pleased that they coordinated pickup and drop off well.

My car was sended to the dealer two times before they could "finally" figure it what was wrong and ended up paying 1k for the problem, at the same time my cas was sent beside the problem was supposed to the mileage service and oil change which never happened. Called again to make and appt to get that done, they set it up but the service never happened. So you tell me if you would be SATISFIED after all that.

The service was great; however, I was disappointed that I had to pay for the service after being told the service was covered under the 3 year complimentary service provided when I purchased the vehicle. This mistake should have been honored by your dealership!
