Bought new tires and car was returned with horribly dirty tires x4. Yhe car was returned to the dealer, my gas was used for the return and i was not reimbursed in any way for the poor service on that day. Melissa initially gave lower pricing then stated she was in error and had to charge me more. I stated i should have the initial pricing as it was not my fault that she had the wrong pricing. I’m still waiting to see if there are any toll charges despite my asking to not use the toll. Not Genesis’ best performance!

She shamelessly tried to upsell me at every opportunity, and left me with my car with it full of the plastic protectors on the inside and the touchscreen not available to me until I came back to have her reset it. Also 90 minutes seems like a long time to do an oil change. JB

Melissa did a wonderful job keeping me up to date on my car even during the holidays. Unfortunately one of the main issues I brought the car in for was not fixed, but she scheduled me to come back right away.

A 2 year old car should not be overheating and require a $2000 repair. Besides this it took over a week to repair with poor follow up. Anybody who asks what I think of my Genesis will get an earful.
