We sat around for over an hour for a system update (which MAY HAVE) fixed our issue only to find that our vehicle already had the current system update. So we left with no solution. We are now in the group of unhappy owners left with no solutions to our issues. Obviously 4 months ago when we purchased the car the sales people only explained the positive side of the Forward Attention Warning system. We were not warned that driving with sunglasses (who in California does not wear sunglasses) would not allow the system to read your eyes causing constant warnings to consider stopping for coffee. I have more to say but I will stop here .

The battery problem was not solved. It was admitted that after you driving it 30 miles on the freeway the battery was down 30% It was charged 14 hours by you and then tested fine. There must be a computer drain or the car would not be dead after a week of unused it is Genesis problem. Why would have to put a trickled on it if I am out of town. I’m 80 and all you tell me is to be stressed when I get home to find if my car starts. Your service is deplorable. The tech team should solve this.

After selecting my tires, I waited 2 1/2 hours before I was asked what tires I wanted, and would I like a loaner car because it was going to be 2 hours before my car would be ready. I live in San Dimas so it was to far to go home and back after waiting already 2 1/2 hours. I was waiting at the dealership for almost five hours for 4 tires to be installed. I was given a reduction in my bill of $90, and my service advisor was nice and did apologize for the delay.
