The customer service is Good. On the mechanical side you guys need to improve. It took 3 attempts to find the issue on my car. I lost about 8 to 9 hrs .

You called to set up the appointment for the two recalls on my Santa Fe went there for the appointment and sat 2 hrs to find out you didn’t have the part to do the job. And now we get to set it up again when you get the parts. It was a bad day at the Hyundai dealer
