Michael is always friendly and answers all my questions. He lets me know the status of my car. I usually always have Mike as my service agent. I think he’s honest and fair. I’m always glad when I know he will be helping me because I trust him. He’s a great representative of Cardinale Hyundai.
This is my second experience with Cardinale Hyundai of Corona. Unfortunately the Service Dept. is very disorganized. I have been a client since 2021 and on that appointment I was scheduled for the earliest appointment. I was left waiting for my car, I was waiting for 5 hrs. then notified at noon that the part was not in stock. My time was wasted that day. I was very unhappy and had to reschedule to another appointment.
I recently received a recall notice for my 2010 Hyundai Veracruz to replace the Antilock Brake System. I called and spoke with Aidan a very courteous young man who scheduled my appointment for 5/10/24 @ 10:30. I explained to him that I had a previous discrepancy on my prior appointment. I asked him to make sure the part was in stock. He kindly placed me on hold and checked with the Service department to tag my part.
I arrived for my scheduled appointment on 5/10/24 @ 10:29 for my 10:30 appointment, I checked in with Michael Vance my service advisor to be notified 1 hr. later that my part was not in stock?
I have now been rescheduled for as another appointment on 5/14/24 at 7:00 am to have my car serviced for this recall.
Please look in to this problem with the service department. as it would be greatly appreciated and is needed… Thank you
I have always received excellent service and very much appreciate Mike's assistance with any issues that I have on my cars. He has continued to show amazing customer service and it is much appreciated.

Mike is the best! I'm always happy when I can get thru to him! He makes everything go so smooth. I will always bring my car to cardinale way as long as he is there!
