I took my car in as part of a recall because I was contacted by your company. They said that I would get a car when I left it that night. When I got there they said that they did not have any cars left. They informed me that that they would finish my car in 2 hours. This may sound great but I had plans for that night. At that point I did not have a choice but to stay because I had arranged the rest in of the week around this. This made me late for my own birthday celebration.

Gates on both sides (enter and exit) to parking lot should be open on time. Since you’re charging for the use of EV charging stations, please enforce a policy of no non-EV parking at the charging spots. I appreciate the car wash. Whoever did the wash this time did a stellar job.
