Lucio was amazing, however my experience with Hyundai cars are not good. My car is only 1 year old and I had to bring it in for service and the rental car I was provided also had malfunction. I attempted to return the car with a full tank and the meter read that I did not fill up the tank so then I had to go back and fill the tank when it actually was filled the problem was the meter wasn’t working.
She was very prompt and courteous and knew exactly what I needed.She had the car Rady when she said it would be and did a great job
Took my car in for a recall service, power steering failure, and rear suspension noise checkup. After calling me in when my car was finished, Michael let me know that everything was successful, however, let me know that my suspension was making a noise because it was "modified". I purchased this car used, so this was news to me. He then proceeded to let me know that because my suspension was supposedly "modified", my warranty (and my external dealership warranty) was void and that you guys would no longer be able to service my vehicle under warranty. When asked why a supposedly "modified" suspension would cause the power steering to fail and prevent further service in the future, he replied "just lift the car, you can easily tell it is modified" and "any modification to the vehicle at all voids your warranties". This almost seemed like a desperate attempt at trying to scare me into purchasing parts and services for my suspension. Not sure where or how training takes place for these supposed "service managers", but this is just disappointing. This is no way to treat customers. Rather than blackmailing a customer by saying that their "warranty is voided and their vehicle cannot be serviced under warranty", a suggestion for service would have been much more sufficient and appreciated. I'll be sure to leave a very negative review on Yelp and Google, to let everyone know how this establishment treats their customers. Do better.

Micheal Vance was awesome. I appreciated his excellent level of service, he explained everything, and allowed me to see the problem to fully understand what was wrong with my car. There were issues with the car that I wasn’t notified about prior to pick up my vehicle. I got this text message instead:” Update: Hi Corneliu! We are finalizing your paperwork, and your Hyundai is currently in the wash. We will notify you as soon as it is ready for pickup. Thank you Vanessa Moreno”
Lucio was great. No issues there. However, you should not schedule recall service appointment when you don't have the parts. There needs to be better coordination between the 2 teams. Linda was calling more Santa Fe owners and booking appointments as I was there waiting and the part is not even there for the recall.

Not very friendly staff. They also said everything would of been done the same day, yet I have to come back again to get the work done. Also, I was there for over 2 hours for something that took 20 minutes to check. It should of not of taken that long. Hire some friendly and knowledgeable/efficient staff.
Better communication of what is being done or not being done with my vehicle. Verify what’s supposed to be done before the customer leaves the premises.
