Vivian was amazing, she was able get me in and out in a timely manner. She also made sure to let me know I needed a cabin filter because it was super dirty. I would definitely want to work with Vivian next time my vehicle need service!

They want to charge me extra fees for maintenance although it is leased car They told me that I have 3 things to repair and Hyundai cover only one of them, and I have to pay fees for other two to do it This is leased car which own by you not me why do I have to pay for repairs I’m leasing a bigger car from different manufacturer and I never pay fees for repairs

I had an excellent experience at the front desk thanks to Jr. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Jr. took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated while my car was being worked on. It’s rare to find someone that professional and approachable—he really made a difference
