I recently had an incredibly positive experience at Cardinale Hyundai in Corona, thanks to Jr’s outstanding service. What started as a very stressful situation with needing to have my car towed over 20 miles from home, quickly became much more manageable because of Jr’s calm and friendly demeanor. Even over the phone, before I had even arrived at the dealership, he made me feel reassured and at ease. That alone made a huge difference. When I arrived, Jr greeted me kindly and made me feel heard, which I really appreciated given the circumstances. Despite not having an appointment, he still accommodated my arrival without hesitation. He kept me updated every step of the way and made it clear that he was doing everything he could to get me some answers the same day. Although my car ended up needing to stay overnight and a couple of days after that, Jr ensured I was taken care of with a rental and consistently followed up so I never felt out of the loop. Thankfully, the issue was covered under warranty, which was a relief. From the very first phone call to the last one when I came to pick up my car, Jr was professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to come across someone so consistently helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, especially in a high-stress situation like this. I’m completely satisfied with the service I received, and I’m grateful Jr was the one helping me through it. Highly recommend!

When asked to speak the Service Manager because of a billing issue I was informed that she was busy in a meeting. However, he confirmed a second later that she was standing by the service desk when I heard someone called out her name. Anyway, he stated he will give her the message. After talking to the manager the next day she stated she never received the message from Michael that I had a concern and wanted to speak with her. Unsatisfactory follow through.
