We have always had great experiences with Mike. He is so honest and so knowledgeable. He is so trustworthy and he always makes us feel confident about our services. In this case, while we usually entrust our car to Mike and Cardinale Way, my car stalled near another Hyundai location. The service department there was so dishonest. We knew to call Mike and that he would give us honest information we could trust. We ultimately paid to have our car released from the other dealership and towed to Cardinale Way because we knew things would be done right. We are so grateful to know we can trust Mike and the staff there.

Hayden Schultz assisted me with my warranty claim through Hyundai to get the white paint on my Sonata taken care of. He was kind understanding he delivered what he said he would deliver. He worked with me and my situation. We were able to get a loaner car while it was being done and he was very helpful very understanding of our situation and went above and beyond.

First The mileage service I was quoted I believe was extremely overpriced for a year and a half new car. I understand that it is only recommended but my opinion is that it was not worth what was being offered. Second when called when it was finished I had told them that I had a birthday coupon in which he then paused and said it was too late and the paperwork had been finalized. He then told me that I needed to provide it before I dropped it off. As it expires in September there will be no need to use it.
