Michael Vance provided great service for repair work on my car
I purchased my tonneau cover at Corona Hyundai, and Soda Pop installed it. After he installed it, he and I both noticed fairly large ballooning as we test drove it. He stopped and was able to tighten it, and the ballooning decreased. I came in today as I got an alert on my car at 4500 miles I needed an oil change. I also requested to have the cover that your dealership installed tightened and if they could look at why the tail gate is difficult to close. Hayden stated my car is not due for an oil change until 7500 miles, and he could just reset it. I was never given an explanation as to why I got the alert at 4500 miles. I was concerned that the tonneau cover that your dealership installed was effecting the shutting of the tailgate.
When I was notified my car was ready, Hayden read me a statement that the cover cannot be touched as it is not OEM. “Anything that is not OEM will give you issues such as this particular one due to the fact that it was not made from Hyundai manufacture. I purchased it through your dealership and had it installed at your dealership. Never was I ever told by your dealership that after it’s installed it can’t be touched by Hyundai. Help me understand.
The customer service i received from Michael was excellent.
Problem was not fixed, when I returned the original associate was not able to help me. The second associate was nice and helpful.

Michael was spectacular. He was a great service rep. My disappointment comes from there being some little things wrong with my car and the inspection not mentioning them. Or fixing them. Like my mud flap just dangling. Why you no fix?
