Junior,was not very friendly or efficient. I received my text about updating me on my service 30 minutes after my car was supposed to be done. I asked someone else about my car he said 10 minutes it was almost done with car wash. In another 30-40 minutes I asked Junior he said it just came out. When I got there I was 3 cars back not greeted at my car as usual. I asked about Michael,who has always given 5 star service. Junior's words were he does ok Junior was not professional. Michael is now the manager and always gives 5 star ???? service. He was off that day. I am a long time client and have gotten great service. Great service should be provided even if the Manager has a day off.

Very bad service I will never be bringing my business back to this organization bad bad bad Junior worst person to deal with and there manager Paige just wow on her I don’t know how is she working in this business very rude and bad I hope you guys can retrieve the camera and check how much time we waited and all Very disappointed with service came for a simple oil change they broke the pan of oil and claimed we had it broken when they I bought it with a no problem and came out paying almost 600$ what a waste I will never recommend to my friends and family to come and buy cars from your business Very very disappointed And I have posted to all my friends and family and also wrote in g

Mike is always helpful and has a friendly personality. I have been bringing my car to him for the past couple of years and he always greets me with a smile on his face. I never feel rushed to sign any paperwork and he always explains what was done to my car and the cost breakdown

The service department at Corona Hyundai is excellent. Jr helped me and went above and beyond. The Corporate Hyundai is a different story.They want me to startthe engine burning oil test all over again. I called Corp.and reached back out to me. But, the Corona service dept is great. JR.was my tech. He was great.
