Car was not fixed the first drop off, second drop off was not updated so once I called stated it would be fixed Friday. Did not receive an update on Friday, I called Saturday and car was not ready. Car was finally ready Monday. No apology for delay. When I came in person to drop car off a second time dismissive.

Was told it was about to be a 2 hour wait, which I had no issues. I stayed in the lobby and was on the phone to pass the time. However, it ended up being close to 4 hour wait. Which, if I knew that I would of just dropped the car off. I don’t even know if they offered Uber or anything for get me home.
Bilt caps left on my passenger side from who knows where. Very unsatisfied with the service waited 3+ hours for a simple oil change. Thats completely over charger.
