Once again Micheal Vance is the man! He helped me with my vehicle repairs. He took the time to explain and had the patience to explain things to me. He set me up with a rental and made sure everything ran smooth. This is the third time he has helped me with the service of my car and is very consistent with professionalism and costumer care. I find him to be very honest and caring. I give Micheal Vance 10 stars and he deserves and give the man a raise, he deserves it. Thank you once again.

Regular maintenance service (at 11am) took 3x as long as originally anticipated with a diagnostic added in that supposedly would take 2-3h. I had to find a ride back after waiting at the shop for 3h. I received 1 or 2 updates saying that it would take another hour but had to call back again at 5PM to finally get an update that it would be ready at 6p. I appreciate the thorough diagnostic (which ultimately found nothing) but the communication/expectations were lacking
