Service Dept needs big improvement, waiting 3 plus hours for a 10 minute oil change is ridiculous. Dealer management needs a wake up call. The showroom was completely full with customers waiting for their vehicles.

I picked up my car the other day and today when checking under my car, the under carriage that covers the engine was not installed leaving my engine unprotected. I cannot get anyone on the line to get this issue resolved as the car has this when dropped off for service
