Still haven’t received a call for my warranty exhaust part. I’ve only had the car for 3 weeks and I need to get an oil change already? I’m super disappointed you guys wouldn’t check that and that my tire spout was loose. I was also never told about front bumper damage so I’m also really disappointed in you guys about that. I know half of that isn’t the service fault, but you guys are part of the same place

Very satisfied with the services I received
Ricardo the service advisor did a very good job regarding my visit in handling my complaint from having my car serviced for a oil change. He asked if I would like my car washed and I said no because it had been raining just before I got their. After arriving home I realized their was greasy hand prints down both sides of my car and inside door panel. I returned with my car and showed him my frustration. I couldn't understand how my car could be returned to me in that condition from a oil change which took over 2 hours with a appointment. The mechanic left my car in at state that was totally unacceptable. I picked my car up in a couple hours and Ricardo had it all cleaned up.
