Cynthia was fantastic. I do, however, request you correct your records to reflect my contact information, and not my husband's. My husband does drive a Hyundai, but not my Tucson. Please update my records to show: Karen E. Bernstein ****-****-xxxx cell I thought this was corrected at the time of my service, but clearly not, as husband received all notifications and follow up requests and had to forward them to me.

It took 4 hours for an oil change which is just unacceptable. That made me to excuse at work and had to ask a friend to pick up kids. Not many have the luxury of spending half workday for an oil change.

Got a call that my service was completed only to be called back 30 minutes later to be informed that my oil pan was leaking and need to be replaced or resealed. What if I had come down to pick up the vehicle and this went unnoticed. I have had issues with this service department in the past, this just brought it all back up that I have little faith in the service provided.
