He explained how the paperwork had to be written up, assured us it was all under warranty, kept us updated as things went on, recommended other services that we had the option of doing, and was overall very attentive and made us feel welcome in the dealership.

I had my car in for regular service and the windshield wiper fluid was not working. I was told I needed a new pump. Which had to be ordered. After waiting two days I had to bring my car back in again where it was kept all day. When I was called to pick it up, they told me the pump was just clogged and I didn’t need a new pump after all, among other issues from last year was very unsatisfied with the service department and the mechanics at Corona Hyundai. Don’t think I will be going back again. They don’t know anything about anything. Very inconvenient to have to go two days for nothing.

I decided to wait for my car and had to spend several hours for it and during all that time Jessica kept me informed of what was happening. I never had to wonder what was going on thanks to Jessica’s updates. I will make sure I only deal with Jessica whenever I go back to your dealership for service. She’s excellent.
