Another issue: the display was changed and I must now relearn the options to restore it.

Dan provided excellent customer service. He was was very knowledgeable about the services provided, & very pleasant to do business with there. I will definitely be returning for future Hyundai services, & will keep Hyundai in mind for future vehicle purchases as well.

Michael took the time to listenand have a Conversation with me regarding the issues with the vehicle and my opportunity to be available for pick up after repair, Then he did a fantastic job getting me the best price possible for the repair.
I was at the dealership when you were installing the tire machine checker at the drive-up area . and was really surprised when I came in that someone had damaged it by backing into it. Seems like a lot of money
and time was spent for an awesome machine . It’s a shame it’s not working the way it was designed to be anymore.

I kindly requested to refill my fluid in my car I guess they must have forgot because the notification is still on. Also there wasn’t a discussion about the overview of my car I feel like I was being rushed out of there.

Daniel was extremely professional and gave really good customer service, but I have yet to receive bad or poor customer service from anyone on staff there, which is why I always bring my vehicle back for service.
I sent my young daughter in there to get the oil change and tires rotated and she was completely oversold on stuff that she didn’t need. Not acceptable. It was not explained that she had a choice not to take this package that cost her 250.00 if she didn’t want it. really fuel conditioner on a 1 year old car that has 14k miles. Many more like that. Not impressed at all!!!
We were told to order a bulb to fix our headlight. We paid $500 for the light through the parts department. The light bulb was not the problem ! Now they say we need the whole light assembly for $2500. However they will not give a refund for the $500 light bulbs we were told to order. We bought the car in for service and expected them to fix the light we are not mechanics and had no idea what we needed. They told us we needed the headlight bulb. However now they will not refund the $500 for the light bulb. So it cost us $500 plus $175 to install the light bulb and our light still does not work. All we got was sorry we can’t do a refund. Worse service ever. I will never return to this dealership. Very bad customer service. Linda L
I’d rather not do a survey. I already told you Daniel was very nice and helpful. My only complaint was it took nearly four hours for the recall repair.
on a scale of 1 - 10, mr. ranciglio was a 10 and would give hime higher if i could. very professional, helpful and nice.
