This was a super stressful situation and they were so kind and informative every step of the way helped me get in a rental while we waited to see if the extended warranty would pay for repairs. Maintenance was completed in a timely manner.
During my appointment I was helped by Hayden who was extremely friendly and courteous, took his time to explain any services I wasn't sure of, and at no point did I feel like I was being sold anything I didn't actually need. He then helped me book a courtesy Uber, and was very communicative and transparent while my car was being serviced.
