I have been to your service department a couple of times and interacted with Daniel and Michael. I will not go to any other service department. Their professionalism and service skills are by far the best. I manage a call center in which my representatives handle both sales and customer service calls, I wish some of my employees had just half the skills of these gentleman. Great job on putting the right people in the right positions.

Quoted a different price for the oil change when we arrived despite asking for all the pricing in order to use the appropriate coupon.
During service we received a call stating there was an oil pan gasket leakage (I reached out to verify that it didn’t occur during service never received a response) from my understanding there was no leakage or issue prior to service today.
Michael is very good at his job. I am glad to see he got a promotion. He always makes sure I get the best service.
Jessica was great, however, was dissatisfied with the dealership scheduling an appointment if the parts were not available. I took the morning off from work just to have the recall taken care of. Even if the recall part was bin specific , the dealership had my vin number and should have know if the part was on back order.
Elva was very friendly and had a welcoming smile. I’ll continue to come to Corona for service. Was not happy with Anaheim Hyundai. Dan helped me when I picked up the car and again took care of an issue missed originally.
I was not happy with my service on Monday 5th 2024. Was there waiting till noon waiting for my car. Yes Daniel offer a rental car I said yes. After the out come of it I decline getting the rental car. Was upset that my information of my Insurance card was sent to a different number. Daniel gave me to send to him what’s wrong. That’s when I said wrong number my information just went to a stranger now has my information my address and my two vehicles.
