Jessica was nice, polite and patient. She was not so helpful when I pointed out to her that my Vehicle had T/C damage (dings and scratches) after it came from being serviced. At that point it was probably out of her hands (although she did the initial inspection). Overall I was satisfied with her.

Mike Vance is the reason I switched from Riverside Hyundai service dept to Cardinale. He is so kind and easy to work with, keeps his appointments running on time, he is polite, cordial, and a joy to work with! Definitely worthy of being cloned!

Daniel went above and beyond with his friendly attitude towards me and every other customer I watched him interact with. He was very thorough and made sure the service center took better care of me than they ever had since I got my car in 2021. Great job!
