When I dropped the car off I asked if the washer fluid could be topped off it’s just a little low when I go uphill the signal goes on. I was told that service always do many point inspection and checks and refills all the fluids. After I pick the car up, not only my car was low of kw barely enough to go home, there is also low washer fluid so it was not topped off. So I wonder if the inspection was not done.
Jose was very prompt when I drove up. He’s such a hustler. Precise with his wait estimate, and updated me along the way on the status of my vehicle. Great job.

Mike is a great service advisor. The kind of employee that a company is lucky to have. He breaks everything down into easy to understand information and strives to make every interaction a positive experience even though the only time I go to service is when I’m frustrated about a problem with my car. He is honest, straight forward and trustworthy. His attitude and professionalism is the reason I’ll be a return Hyundai customer.
