When I dropped the car off I asked if the washer fluid could be topped off it’s just a little low when I go uphill the signal goes on. I was told that service always do many point inspection and checks and refills all the fluids. After I pick the car up, not only my car was low of kw barely enough to go home, there is also low washer fluid so it was not topped off. So I wonder if the inspection was not done.

Mike is a great service advisor. The kind of employee that a company is lucky to have. He breaks everything down into easy to understand information and strives to make every interaction a positive experience even though the only time I go to service is when I’m frustrated about a problem with my car. He is honest, straight forward and trustworthy. His attitude and professionalism is the reason I’ll be a return Hyundai customer.

Just a quick shout out to Dan R. His patience, perseverance with Silver Rock (including Hyundai Corp), and professionalism was beyond excellent. I know he and his team servicing other customers, however his customer service skills felt as though I was his only customer. I have no doubt he went above and beyond the norm regarding my situation. For these reasons, I am truly grateful and appreciative for the stellar resolution regarding my vehicle. Thank you!

I drive sometimes 45 minutes to an hour to only go to Cardinale Hyundai in Corona to service my car. They never disappoint !
