Hayden is an exceptional employee. He was patient and kind with both my daughter at the service area and me on the phone. He was honest and real and made us feel completely comfortable with all maintenance options he put in front of us. This guy rocks

I bought the car 2 weeks ago. As I was about to get on the freeway I noticed a small chip in the windshield. I immediately pulled over and sent a picture to the sales representative. I came back to have the chip repaired and was told that the window had already been attempted to be repaired, which means that the chip was noticed prior to selling the vehicle. I was told there was nothing that they could do to fix the situation. I purchased two cars from this dealership in less than a month and the least that could be done would be to fix a problem that existed when my current vehicle was sold to me. I hope that something can be done to fix this.
The car was fixed but Hyundai grossly overcharged for their service. And you must think your customers are dense because you tried to charge me $60 for a gas cap! I verified your parts department charges only $26. When I challenged the invoice you backtracked and reduced invoice by $300. Not enough in my opinion. All dealerships need to take a second look at price gouging!!!

Hayden was very professional and straightforward, he was very articulate and the time frame to complete the Recall of the vehicle I couldn’t believe the Ontario Dealership 3 hours and had to order the part a Fuse that’s ridiculous , for his Service towards Customers I give him 11-1/2 Stars he Deserves it and all your Staff and comfortable waiting area. Daniel was such A commendating person he made us feel so welcome and he was so thorough in updating me to the point where I was there About 5 hours, but it It was a pleasant Wait. I will definitely ask for daniel to help me if I have a problem next time. He really has special customer service.I haven't seen that in a long time.

There are several Hyundai dealerships that are closer and which would be easier to visit to service our cars but we go back to Cardinale because Michael had built a friendship of trust and kindness over the years. We return because in as much as we feel he’s loyal to us, we’re loyal to him. I never worry about our choices with regard to service because they’re always clearly discussed with us and we collaborate with Michael. I’ll keep doing the drive an fighting the 91 if it means I can continue to have our vehicles by someone we have an excellent rapport with and in whom we trust to take care of our families needs. Thank you Michael!
I was unhappy about the fact that I made an appt last week to bring my car in to get a recall addressed. They knew at that time what part I needed and said it would be a quick visit no problem. I left my car today and was notified that that part had to be ordered and that I would have to bring my car back in once you got the part. It’s ok. I can do that. I just don’t understand why they would have me come in and not make sure they had the part they knew they needed to complete the job. Makes no sense to me and wastes my time and yours.
Wasn't able to do repair. 3rd time bringing the vehicle in for this recall. apparently more parts needed despite them being ordered twice before.
