2022 is great! Interest rate too high right now!
Chuck always does a great job advising my family on what services are needed. I like that he respectfully explains why it’s important to have things done. The service department is one of the big reasons we continue to buy from Tuscaloosa Toyota.
Always a great experience. Would not take my Tacoma anywhere else.
Fast in and out. No pressure environment. Full listing of my vehicle's status and and reccomendations of additional services.
I just love Steve ❤️ I've been faithfully bringing vehicles there for service since 2012,my now ex-husband 2011 Thundra. On one such visits, I had a service provider named Danny and all he did was check my vehicle in. After sitting there for more than 2 hours, Steve came to me and asked about my vehicle and he said, "Let me go check on it for you" and within 10 minutes he came back and said, "I've got you ready". I never saw Danny again the whole time I was there, but since that day, when I call to schedule an appointments, I tell the ladies that I need to schedule an appointment with Steve Woods and I only scheduled an appointment after Tuesday's because of Steve's off days and if he's on vacation, I'll wait until he gets back. ???? I've been with Steve through both of his younger grandbabies. ????
Garrett is very kind and professional. He is an asset to Tuscaloosa Toyota.
Yes, Chuck always is a pleasure to work with.
Kaleb was great! no complains over here!
I usually get a printout of the checkpoints done during servicing which was not provided... Although TJ was not the person checking me out.
He was very professional and helpful
Chuck has always been polite and helpful when I’ve met with him about service on my Toyotas.
They took care of me a timely manner! I never have to stay there for very long! I appreciate that very much!!
Thanks, Sherry A
I like Garrett very much. He’s very friendly and professional and has kept me informed of everything that’s going on with my vehicle. I really appreciate it.
Chuck is a great service person, we always ask for him!
As the weather got colder, the driver’s seat of my less-than-a-year-old Toyota RAV4 Woodland edition started squeaking while driving. I told the dealer and also asked for my one-year service. The person sat in the seat, said he didn’t hear anything, and claimed the problem is “natural” because it’s metal. After three hours, he came back saying the noise only happens when the seat is moved aggressively and that I “am not supposed to move aggressively on it.”
I’ve owned over five cars, some 6–7 years old, and none had this issue. If Toyota seats start squeaking within a year and the dealers think it is ok for a Toyota, that’s disappointing quality. I wouldn’t buy another one or recommend it.
