Jeremy isn’t always wonderful. I call him and he gets me in quick and make sure to always explain what needs to be done. I don’t normally continue to get service done by the dealership once it is out of warranty, but Jeremy has been so great that I have this time. I respect his opinion and trust him with my car.

Chuck was awesome in helping us with several issues. Caysen set us up to be able to bring the car after work & scheduled us for the next morning. We dropped off car for regular oil & filter changes & we listed other concerns on the night drop envelope about the tire notice on dashboard. Chuck contacted me the next morning with the assessment & the video was awesome as the service tech explained everything well in the video , that was great for me as I don't know mechanics of vehicles. We had to have new tire sensors, which are pretty costly & Chuck had already put in a warranty claim for us. My husband had just ordered new tires for my car, I asked Chuck if they could install those & he said sure! We took the tires to Chuck, he even helped my husband unload the tires & I was in complete awe at how clean, organized & large the service area was! I had never seen it before & had no idea just how large of an operation y'all have there. The workers in the shop were all moving about very busy working on vehicles & I am still shocked at how clean & organized everything was. Chuck updated us that the sensors claim got approved, he saved us so much money & we can't thank him enough. I'm glad that when we started shopping for me a newer car 3 years ago that we decided on Tuscaloosa Toyota & got the Lexus from Marcelo who was awesome on the purchase as well. THANKS SO MUCH again Chuck! I was so thankful for the customer service & extra miles that Chuck went to as well as the professionalism in him & the atmosphere in the shop that I shared this experience with my co-workers today.
