Dumb question: The technician will tell if my tires are ready to be changed? For me it's hard to tell of the just by looking by the treads or how it feels driving

My experience at Tuscaloosa Toyota service department with David was excellent. He was kind he explained what they were gonna do and why and the personal service I had work remote from the dealership allowed me to log into their Wi-Fi andget all of my work done and not miss a beat.
