After I received a text message on Monday, 12/29, that my car was ready, I attempted to contact Toyota multiple times regarding an incorrect invoice that was sent and to clarify everything that had been done to my car. I left numerous messages, with none of them returned until today, 12/02. There was no communication between advisors at Toyota regarding care of my car. The customer service for this visit was very poor, something I have not experienced before. Failing to communicate with customers is unacceptable. Thank you.

From the moment Will Averett introduced himself, his demeanour put me at ease. I was concerned about a couple of issues, and Will assured me that he would check it out to make sure everything would be reviewed. During my wait time, Will Averett also checked to make sure I was okay with what was happening with the car. And he waited until I gathered my things and was prepared to leave.
