David was great to work with and I appreciated his attention to detail.
I came for a simple service and after 3 hours they finally came out and said I needed a battery cable replaced. That took another hour. Steve was neither friendly nor apologetic for taking so long. I will continue to use Tus Toyota but you need to work on your customer skills.
