David was great! I came in because my car was shaking, they said I needed to balance my tires. So, I paid to balance my tires, drive off and it is still shaking......
Jeremy was extremely professional during a challenging set of circumstances. There was trouble with the vehicle lifts, causing a delay in the timeframe for service completion. Jeremy kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and expressed sincere regret for the problem. I had empathy for Jeremy and respect for the way he handled something that was out of his control. I will continue to request Jeremy anytime one of our Toyota vehicles needs service.
David was very capable and nice.
The vehicle intake and service was fine. My issue is with the length of time it took from when my truck was finished until I could leave. It sat ready to go for at LEAST 15 minutes and rotated at least once until I found my advisor to inquire. I was told lthat since it was under service agreement, this takes longer. I could understand a little more paperwork would be involved but found this excuse week. I would think that Tuscaloosa Toyota would want to get their customers on their way sooner.

Ryan Engleman was great, very courteous and friendly. My main issue is that there was nothing that could be done about the apparent bug with the sway monitor. When I turn it off, it always turns back on (silently) when the car is started.
I’m aware that this is not a service issue specifically, but I bought this vehicle based on experience with my Sienna that does not beep (it has steering wheel vibration) and does not do the sway warning nearly as often. This is a very annoying thing and there seems to be no way to permanently fix it.
