When I ask for no washer fluid don't charge 6.50 for it when I didn't get it.
Overall great experience but they rotated the tires and now making a very loud roaring sound. Like an old 4wheel drive truck
During the inspection of my cabin filter my seat had gotten dirty.I didn't notice at first and returned to the dealership. David personally cleaned that up for me himself. When you have an employee wo goes above and beyond they should be recognized. Very pleased with your services.

My tire presses all over the place! One was 42,43,45 and 47! I understand how tire pressure works when it is cold and warm outside. This was way to much to just be leaving the dealership.

We were offered a Sunbit payment option that allowed the bill to be paid over time. This payment method was subsequently approved, and we set it up for installment payments.
However, when we arrived to pick up my vehicle, the service associate, Chuck, informed us that the payment had not processed through Sunbit, leading us to pay the full amount out of pocket. Shortly after, we received a bank alert indicating a pending transaction of $357.00 from Sunbit. Upon contacting Sunbit, we learned that the service associate received the preapproval information at the same time we did.
Currently, we have made two payments of $648.00 for the service. We were advised to return to the dealership to obtain a full refund of our out-of-pocket payment or that the dealership needs to cancel the payment plan.
I am very disappointed with the misleading information regarding the payment process and hope to resolve this matter quickly.

The truck was vibrating above 55 mph. The alignment of front and rear improved the ride immensely. I was advised that the tires were wearing abnormally but the alignment should help. Very pleased with the service today
