Yes steve is the best in accommodating your needs.he has a very good spirit about himself and he always keep me inform on what is going in with my car and and i like that very much he do not leave you hanging. Tuscaloosa toyota should be proud to have Steve wood as your tech. I have been with Steve every since i being buying toyota.

This is the 1st time w the individual who took care of the process for our camery- I apologize but not good w names. He was very knowledgeable, ck w me to see if I wanted my battery chg out w it being right on the line for changing ….. no I did not want to chg it but since you never know when the battery will stop- of course after talking, had it chg out. And since in for matenance, no chg for changing & has a warranty. He was thorough, patient/knowledgeable w all my questions. Best service manager ever & that include ATL where we lived 5 yrs ago. Please tell him I said thank you.

Warranty did not take as long as what they said it was 30 minutes shorter and that’s good.
Don’t leave hazards in during the entire service appointment. My battery was dead when I picked my car up.
