Appointment at 10.00 took 3 hours to rotate four tires and check fluids on first 5000 service not happy when you had 10.00 appointment and got out 1.00

We had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. My husband arrived early and vehicle checked in at 8:45. He finally left at 2:03. Over 5 hours!!! He kept asking what was taking so long Said they lost the paperwork. Very disappointed with this time frame to change oil. My husband was not happy at all.

The maintenance was unexpected on 5/11, I was on my way out of town and my car stalled. I got it there and told Jeff what happened and where I needed to be. He didn’t take long to find out the problem and even was willing to go get the part himself if it wasn’t in stock to speed up the process. Jeff is an exceptional employee. Thanks to him and the mechanics I made it on time to my event . And the price wasn’t outstanding lol ! ????

Unfortunately after the recall was fixed we are experiencing problems with the electrical system. I have scheduled an appointment to bring the car back in on the 17th.
