Toyota asked me to go to bodyshop at my expense to fix a problem that they created; they replaced the hinges on the driver side door and then the door would either not close properly or get stuck fully closed. So today I will have to go to a bodyshop to get that fixed, on my time and my expense
We bought it new in 2016 and we’ve driven from Steens , MS to have it service to Tuscaloosa, AL EVERY YEAR for 8 years. I’d say we’re completely satisfied with Tuscaloosa Toyota ??

Once again… Tuscaloosa Toyota and Chuck Sansing have rung the bell as it pertains to customer satisfaction.
I probably drive past a dozen businesses, including several dealerships where I could receive the same product. Please notice that I did not say “the same service”. There exists a vast gulf between “customer service” and “customer satisfaction”!
I try to do business with outfits who value my patronage. I drive almost fifty miles to have Chuck handle my truck.
Tuscaloosa Toyota is very good at Customer Satisfaction!

Chad has been my service advisor for the past several services… when I schedule my appointments now I ask for him if he is available… he is courteous, knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any questions I may have…
Brandon did an awesome job. There seemed an issue with getting me scheduled in the system but Brandon told me to come on Monday and him and the team for me in and out very quickly.
