No issues with Garrett , very professional and courteous. The problem with my vehicle, breaks squeaking, was not fixed. This was the 3rd time I have brought my car in for this problem and now I will have to take it back for a 4th time. Very frustrating and inconvenient for me.

I have had very good experiences until this time. I saw my vehicle in the out line, after seeing it , it was another 30-40 minutes until I was told that it was ready. The service person called me and a couple of ladies at the same time. He told me to sign here and here and the lady behind the desk would check me out. I have always been walked out to my vehicle, not this time. But, he walked the ladies out to theirs. No thank you or anything. Was not pleased with the service I received. I will come back, but I don’t want this advisor again.

Ryan is the best of the best! The service department had to order a part to fix my digital gauge cluster, and Ryan kept me updated on the status of the part and when it was expected to arrive. The part actually arrived sooner than expected and Ryan and the service team got the new part installed and had me back in my car in a quick and timely manner. I am always pleased with the service provided by Ryan.

If it costs $460 to change a set of spark plugs, Toyota needs to rethink its engine design to make routine maintenance more reasonable and accessible.
