We have worked with Steve for many years and have always been satisfied with his personal interest in our complete satisfaction. And we will continue to work with him and hope he doesn’t retire anytime soon. Maybe a nice raise would keep him longer. I do believe Chuck Sansing has learned from him as he has shown the same Personal interest in the customer!!
